We are a Premium Properties Development company based in Kassiopi, Northeast Corfu, that operates throughout the island and in the rest of the Eptanisa Ionian Islands. We undertake bespoke or develop, with our own funds, residences of high architectural design and aesthetics, superior construction philosophy and with the most innovative and sustainable applications.
OUR HERITAGE
The main influences on the architectural profile of Corfu and especially of “Chora”, as its main town is locally called, come mainly from the Venetian and the British sovereignties. The fortresses of that period were a global model of fortification constructions.
Gothic and Baroque meet neoclassicism and art nouveau through different historical periods, during which the island’s dominance often changed. It is a heritage that allows us to move in harmony to a new, sustainable residential realm with a European profile.
The historic center of Corfu Town is a rare architectural crossroads and an example of unparalleled European beauty. Since 2007 it has been officially included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The design of the gate on which the PHAEAX logo was carved refers to the entrance known as “Gate of the Cave” or “Lower Door” or “The Bolt of Bonati”. It was the old entrance to and from the old port, between the walls that once fortified the city, protecting it from many would-be invaders.

FLORENTINA SIMONA ARTENI
With extensive studies in Economics and Business Administration, and an innate aptitude for business, Flori Arteni fell in love with the beautiful island of Corfu at first sight, just like she fell in love with her husband Spiros Mouzakitis, who was the reason why she moved in Corfu.
For 12 years she worked as an executive in the tourism sector and, particularly, in Tourism Property Management. As a result of her many years of experience she has acquired a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the luxury tourism property sector in Corfu and throughout the islands of the Ionian Sea.

Guided by her love for Corfu and the Greek culture, she focused on her goal: to build holiday homes or permanent residences of top quality and aesthetics, with respect to the local tradition and the environment.
After years of research and study, in collaboration with her new family in Corfu, Florentina became the first woman founder of a Premium Properties Development Company on the island, to bring out the power of the vision for a better tomorrow for all.
